Our department is soley made up from volunteers. These men and women donate
numeous hours in service to our community and surrounding areas. We are always
looking for new members to add support and knowledge to our organization. If
you are thinking that experience is a problem, we provide ongoing in house
training in classroom and skills. We also attend the Lubbock Area Fire
Conference, and also attempt to send 4 members to the Annual Municipal Fire
School in College Station, Texas. Whether you would like to be front line fire
suppression, emergency medical care, or providing support services needed to
operate a fire department, there is a position for you.
Main Requirements: 1. Men and or women 18 years of age.
2. Good physical condition
3. Valid Texas drivers license
4. Live or Work in New Deal response territory
5. Willing to donate a few hours for training, meetings,
work sessions, and emergency response.
